The Masa Integrative Clinic is proud to announce that we will soon be participating as one of Bastyr University’s off-site teaching clinics. These off-site clinics allow for students to work with populations and specialized therapeutics they may not otherwise see in their clinical rotations, at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health teaching clinic. Our clinic will be providing efficacious physical medicine therapies to help treat patients who suffer from acute and chronic pain, rehabilitation, stress, anxiety, depressed immune system, and auto-immune disease to name a few. Physical medicine can be a powerful adjunct in a patient’s healthcare plan.
Some of these physical medicine therapies include:
- Naturopathic Manipulation
- Soft and deep muscle manipulation / myofascial release
- Interferential/Electrical stimulation
- Therapeutic ultrasound
- Class IV laser
- Kinesio Tape
- Craniosacral therapy
- Visceral manipulation
- Therapeutic exercise and stretching
- Muscle Energy Stretching
- Constitutional Hydrotherapy
- Peat baths
- And more…
We hope to start providing this services in the Summer quarter of 2015. Stay tuned for more updates!
